Membership Program Notes:

ExoOne Bio. Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change, terminate, or replace various offers (including but not limited to bonus points and coupons) with limited, equivalent, or similar products/services for events and membership regulations. The company holds the final right of interpretation.

1. Membership Validity and Upgrade Rules

• Membership Validity: The validity period for LV2 and above is 365 days.
• Validity Calculation: The validity starts from the "date of upgrade" for 365 days.
  Example: If you upgrade from LV1 to LV2 on 2025/1/1, your LV2 membership will last until 2025/12/31 and expire on 2026/1/1 (subject to renewal status).
• Spending Accumulation Reset: After a membership upgrade, the system will reset the accumulated spending calculation.
  Example: The LV1 upgrade threshold is $1. Once you spend enough to upgrade to LV2, your accumulated amount will reset. To upgrade to LV3 (threshold $20,000), you must accumulate a new $20,000 starting from the LV2 level, rather than just paying the difference.
  Legacy Member Adjustment: Existing members will have their levels adjusted on January 1, 2026, based on past records, but upgrade gifts will not be retroactively issued.
  

2. Definition of Effective Spending and Point Calculation

The system only calculates spending and issues points for "Effective Orders," defined as follows:

Effective Orders:

1. Order status is not "Cancelled," and return status is "No Return Required" or "Return Rejected."
2. Payment status must be "Paid."
3. Delivery status must be "Received" (for store pickup, the package must be collected).
4. Closed orders that have not yet been shipped are not included.

Invalid Orders (Excluded from accumulation):

1. Cancelled orders.
2. Orders with a return request (partial or full).
3. Uncollected or unpaid orders.

3. Bonus Point Usage Regulations

• Point Expiration: Points are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance and will automatically expire thereafter.
• Crediting Time: Points will be automatically credited to your account once the order status changes to "Closed" (and no return is filed).
• Redemption Rules:
  ・Conversion Rate: 1 Bonus Point = NT$1.
  ・Redemption Cap: Maximum redemption is 20% of the total order amount.
• Point Calculation Formula:
  ・Based on the actual amount paid, excluding all discounts, coupons, and shipping fees.
  ・Formula: (Floor((Checkout Amount - Shipping) ÷ 100)) × Member Level Multiplier
  Example: An LV2 member (3x points) pays $8,028 (excluding shipping) after discounts. 8028 ÷ 100 = 80.28. Taking the integer 80 points × 3 = 240 points.
