According to the Consumer Protection Act, customers (including the recipient, relatives, friends, or building management) are entitled to a 7-day unconditional return period (calendar days) starting from the day after the product is received, provided the product remains in brand-new condition with complete packaging.
Products purchased on the ExoNoa official website enjoy the right of unconditional return within seven days from the date of arrival. Please note that the "appreciation period" is NOT a "trial period." Returns are accepted within this period if you are unsatisfied with the product.
ExoNoa operates on a "Return Only, No Exchange" policy. If you need to exchange a product, please complete the return process and place a new order.
Within the 7-day appreciation period, the internal and external packaging (including the outer box and packaging bags) must remain intact and unused. Please ensure all items, including the product, free gifts, shipping slips, and invoices, are returned together in their original packaging.
The appreciation period is not a trial period. Skincare products are personal consumable items. Based on personal hygiene considerations, returns will not be accepted once the product has been used, damaged, or soiled.

If the frequency of returns due to personal factors is excessive, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all or part of your shopping and service eligibility in accordance with our Terms of Service. We appreciate your understanding.
How to Apply for Return / Order Cancellation
Locate the order you wish to cancel or return in your account and click the "Cancel Order" or "Return" button to complete the application process.
Please keep all packaging intact (including products, gifts, shipping slips, invoices, etc.). After the refund request is applied, we will arrange for a courier company to collect the package from you. Please do NOT send the product back by yourself, and please retain all shipping receipts until the refund process is complete.
Refund Instructions
Upon receiving the returned items and verifying the invoice and product condition, we will complete the refund process within 5 working days (excluding national holidays).
The refund will be issued via your original payment method.
